Grouse mountains & Capilano Dam

Grouse Mountains in North Vancouver is very popular place about skiing, snow boarding and sightseeing and so on. As I got the monthly activity, I was interested in hiking in Grouse Mountains. I hadn’t done any exercise for a long time. It’s a very abnormal situation for me. Moreover, Ping’s homestay mother told her there is a dam and a delicious China restaurant near the Capilano Suspension Park and drew a simple map for her. She is a very enthusiastic Canadian. We made a decision that we tried the restaurant and went to the dam after hiking by the way. Hiking is one of my favorite sports. I really enjoy the nature during hiking, but it’s not very good exercise for my friends especially Jason and Jerry. Because they didn’t eat the lunch and bring any candies, they felt very hungry and didn’t have any energy. I thought the school officer made a mistake. She didn’t tell anybody what kinds of clothes we should wear and what things we should bring. We were lucky that it was not rainy day.
